Guarantee

For avoiding late forfeits, we ask the payment of a guarantee while registering. The registration will only be final when the guarantee is paid.

·         € 250. - for each team requesting accommodation.
·         € 200, - for each team not being accommodated.

The guarantee has to be paid immediately. In case of non notified absence of the team, the guarantee will not be reimbursed.

In case of notified absence, the following rules are applicable:

-       2 months before the tournament = reimbursement 100%
-       1 month before the tournament = reimbursement 75%
-       Less than 30 days before the tournament = no reimbursement

Payment details will be forwarded to the participating clubs, immediately upon reception of the registration.
