Participation costs

Participation in the tournament is free! Teams only will have to pay a part of their accommodation and/or catering costs.

 

Three formulas are possible for participation in the tournament:
 

1.      Formula with accommodation for two nights and three meals.
2.      Formula with accommodation for one night and three meals.
3.      Formula without accommodation, but with two meals.

 
On your request, we can organize a longer stay in Belgium for your team.
 

1.     Formula two nights (26th and 27th)
Favourable price per person: Euro 65, -

Included in the price:
-       2 nights (Monday and Tuesday) in one of our hotels.
-       Room with breakfast buffet
-       3 meals in the tournament restaurant (27th noon, 27th evening and 28th noon)
-       Water and Alpro drinks during the tournament

Maximum 14 persons (12 players + coach + responsible) can be accommodated at this favourable price.
Each additional person:         Euro 85.-  (breakfasts and the three meals are included)

 

2.     Formula one night (27th)
Favourable price per person: Euro 45, -

Included in the price:
-       1 night (Tuesday evening) in one of our hotels
-       Room with breakfast buffet
-       3 meals in the tournament restaurant (27th noon, 27th evening and 28th noon)
-       Water and Alpro drinks during the tournament

Maximum 14 persons (12 players + coach + responsible) can be accommodated at this favourable price.
Each additional person:         Euro 65.- (breakfasts and the three meals are included)

3.     Formula without hotel
Favourable price per team: Euro 200, -

Included in the price:
-       2 meals in the tournament restaurant (27th noon and 28th noon) for 12 players, 1
       coach and 1 official (14 people)
-       Water and Alpro drinks during the tournament

Teams can ask for additional meals on registration. The individual meal price is Euro 6,-
