In each category, teams will be divided into qualifying groups.
December 26th:
- Registration of all arriving teams in Kortrijk.
- First qualifying game for those teams arriving on December 26th (from 13 Hr on).
December 27th:
- Qualifying games. Teams will play 2 or 3 games. Teams not having played on 26th will play an additional game.
- Evening: three points contest (all categories) and dunk contest (U18).
December 28th:
- Semi finals and finals. All teams will play 2 games.
- At the end of the tournament: medal ceremony and "coach Van Kers" and "An Wauters" MVP awards.
- This formula is subject to changes, pending the number of registered teams. However, the overarching formula will remain as mentioned above.
- Game length will be 4 x 10’ for the U18 National teams competition and for all others 4 x 8’ (stopped time). All games will be led by 2 official referees, and will be played under FIBA rules.
- Teams will on each day play all their games on the same location. The teams will be divided in such way that, for the qualifying games, teams from a same club will play, if possible, on the same court, for facilitating the transport..
- The medal ceremony will for each team be held immediately after the team’s last game.
